The third time Jeanne A. Heinzer is part of a selected group of workshop leaders/coaches to work with female managers at the WIN conference in Rome (www.winconference.net).

Each October, over 1000 people meet from 70 countries to participate in the Women’s International Networking Conference. It is a 3 (5)-day extravaganza for managers & entrepreneurs alike, focused on bringing women worldwide ‘up to the next level’ in their careers and in their lives.

With an outstanding roster of speakers, from corporate professionals and professors, to NGO luminaries and political figures to shining stars who inspire us all, W.I.N. brings leaders together in a unique environment. It covers a wide array of topics and an even wider range of workshops and networking opportunities.

Workshop - Welcome to Switzerland – How to make Basel your home

Leaving your former home behind and making a new city your home is an exciting adventure. It can also feel scary and overwhelming at times.

In a highly interactive workshop we will look at the emotional rollercoaster you may face. We will introduce you to a few tools to understand what is happening, what you can do when you are experiencing mood swings and how to structure your life in Basel. We will share tips and tricks to integrate and feel at home and discuss expectations of the local population with regard to foreigners.
