have lived and worked in at least two or more different cultures (so far in Asia, Australia, Europe and the United States of America) and are qualified professionals with many years of international experience training and coaching international managers and their accompanying partners.

 

Dr. Heike Stengel

Heike, a German national, is an experienced intercultural consultant now based in Southern Germany after living in Asia for more than 10 years. She helps individuals, couples and groups to develop skills to work more effectively across cultural boundaries. Her passion is to support multicultural teams, especially those operating with limited face-to-face contact, to fully utilize their diversity while actively reconciling cultural differences. Heike also assists managers and their families to meet the challenges of an international assignment from pre-departure throughout an assignment until repatriation.

Heike holds a PhD in Economics and Social Sciences and has received extensive training in the field of intercultural management. In the past, she has facilitated trainings in 14 different countries across the globe with participants from 43 different nationalities.

 

Maureen Rabotin

Maureen, an American national, is a Global Executive Coach and Cross-Cultural Training Consultant based in Paris, France. She has designed and facilitated training programs for corporate clients involved in cross-cultural management, negotiations and global team building. Her experience with Global Leaders in Fortune 1000 companies has led her to a specialization in Coaching for the Global Executive.

She has coached and trained leaders in the luxury industry ( LVMH and Chanel ), the pharmaceutical industry ( BMS and Aventis ), the financial industry (UBS and Axa ) as well as in multinational manufacturing and energy companies. While having spent 5 years as European Product Leader for a U.S.-based multinational, and 4 years as Export Director for a French electronics company, Ms Rabotin traveled extensively in Europe, The Middle East and Asia.

She graduated from Northeastern University (USA) and pursued studies at Advantara Institute, MOZAIK International in France, The Institute of Intercultural Communication both in Oregon, USA and Winterthur, Switzerland. An active member of SEITAR EUROPA (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research), ICF (International Coaching Federation) and the ASTD (American Society of Training Development), Ms Rabotin resides in France and is bilingual.

 

Jill Wraight

Jill, an Australian citizen, runs an established coaching and consulting business. She holds an Advanced Diploma of Coaching with The Coaching Academy in the UK and is a qualified NLP practitioner. She has lived and worked in Australia, Japan and The Netherlands. Jill comes from a background of over 15 years in management within the health and community services field in Australia and has developed a particular interest in the affect of global relocation and transition.

She has a strong belief in the coaching model as a powerful interactive partnership that generates increased individual and team satisfaction and productivity. She is passionate about coaching individuals and organisations to unlock their potential and maximise effectiveness and performance.

Since setting up her coaching practice in The Netherlands she has coached executives and teams from companies and organisations including; BHPBilliton, New Skies Satellites, European Commission, Sage Press, Accenture, Tom Tom, International Criminal Court of the former Yugoslavia and AWC The Hague.
