Heinzer Consulting offers Cultural Briefings (Intercultural Training) with Integrated Coaching for international managers and their partners as well as Business Briefings and Regional Workshops for International Assignment Managers.

The length and content of each workshop and seminar will be tailored according to your specific needs. We do not offer any Briefings or Workshops 'out of the box' and thus deliver the best value for money for our participants.

• Personalised Cultural Briefing with 'Expat Vision Planning', i.e. integrated and continued coaching for individuals and couples - one day for 'Experienced Expats', two days for 'First Timers'
  
  The Integrated Coaching Element includes:
  - A one-on-one Coaching session (45 minutes with each participant) during a one or two day Cultural Briefing to address and solve current issues
  - Follow up Coaching both via e-mail and telephone (e.g. after eight weeks, four months, six months etc.) to allow them to implement their 'Expat Vision Planning'.
  
  During the one-on-one and telephone coaching sessions the participants will find their solutions to specific issues they may be 'struggling with' while being in transition.
  This can be relationship issues in a personal/professional environment or work/life balance related issues etc.

• Business Briefing for individuals or groups of up to 30participants (1or 2 days)
  
  

• Regional Workshops e.g. Asia Workshop for International Assignment Managers to optimize their interactions with their internal Asian expats or Asian colleagues (1 day)
